All fish are released to brighten the day of another angler!

Fish are our #1 priority here on the fish farm. Here is how to keep them happy.

1. Keep them in water. This is their home.
2. Don’t put them on the ground ever.
3. Pick them up only to take a quick photo. How long? As long as you can hold your breath.
4. Rubber coated landing nets are best.
5. Fight them quickly, especially in warm weather
6. Use barbless hooks.
7. Use circle hooks if using bait. These are proven to minimize gut hooking
8. If gut hooked, cut the line. the hook will quickly rust away.
9. Learn the safe holding technique for each species of fish.
10. Congratulations! You are preserving the fish for many to enjoy!
